ABSS has identified the need in today's emerging market to provide a client with a "turnkey" solution and in doing so has purchased a subsidiary CATV design company with an existing and successful reputation in its own right, Premier Cable Designs (PCD).

This team allows ABSS to complement its services to include the following:

• Walkout/ Field Survey
• Fiber/ Coax Design
• CAD drafting services

PCD has a full staff of in-house designers proficient in the following software programs:

• - Lode Data
  - Focus
  - AutoCAD
  - Microstation
• GNIS
